Located at Brackley Leisure Centre in Northamptonshire, I offer two dedicated therapy rooms: one for Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, and the other for Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, and Holistic Facials.

My therapy rooms are open Monday through Friday, with late evening appointments available on Mondays and Thursdays. I recommend booking in advance, particularly for evening sessions, and you can easily secure your spot through my online booking system.

A bit about me!

With over 8 years of experience, I started my journey in business at the age of 19. Over time, my practice has evolved from Clinical Reflexology to Sports Massage. Today, I operate from two treatment rooms at Brackley Leisure Centre, following the expansion of my business. One room is dedicated to Sports Massage, K-Taping, and Lava Shell treatments, while the other is focused on relaxation therapies, including Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Facials, and luxurious Pamper Packages.

I also have extensive experience in providing K-Taping and Sports Massage for athletes participating in events such as marathons, helping them to perform at their best and recover faster. Throughout my career, I’ve treated a wide range of conditions, including sciatica, runner's knee, shoulder stiffness, and calf pain, tailoring my treatments to meet each client's unique needs.

I am a fully qualified and insured Level 5 CRM5 Clinical reflexologist MGHT and Level 3 Sports Massage therapist based in Brackley, Northamptonshire which is in close proximity to Banbury, Bicester and surrounding villages, with free parking onsite.

I've undertaken a 2 year courses of intense training and have completed over 100 case studies and 420 guided learning hours, a level 4 qualification in Anatomy, physiology and pathology, 4 practical examinations and 150 hours of face to face tuition.
